A: we ship primarily to US and Europe. having said that, we ship to all over the world if requests are made.

A: potentially, yes. your order may be charged with taxes. the price you order does not include local duties or taxes. the import duties are out of our control. please check the import duties of your country.
Q:can i return my order for an exchange or refund?
A:If you receive a wrong item or your item is broken, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send the replacement, or return the item.
If you want to return your item due to other reasons, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Your item is unused, following our company’s standard.
Accessaries, tags, boxs and all attachment are in one as they were. Nothing should be missing.
